Dude, what this actually means is the firm they hired was not prepared or equipped to handle the job. They're trying to hand process 2.1 million ballots...counting them...apparently putting them under potentially destructive UV light...and God knows what else.

This is a **** show. This is precisely why you hire a qualified firm. And you do first what the county did. They hired 2 INDEPENDENT and qualified firms who determined using appropriate sample sizes and machine tests that there was no significant issues and nothing to warrant a hand recount.
