It is important to understand why Cordova has residents that fall in your "worst" category. It explains a lot as to why crime that was once concentrated in certain areas in Memphis has moved across the entire Metro area.

This isn't unique to Memphis. It has happened in various cities across the country.

And the Dems have stated that, given the upcoming Dem control of both the Executive and Legislative branches, this policy will be a renewed priority for them. The end result will be even more cities being able to enjoy the benefits like Memphis has.

Move crime to all areas of the city.
Increase infant mortality by moving people away from community health centers.

Oh I know. The only way to get away from it is buy some land that insulates you from section 8.
