Yep. The reason they have so many variations of logo's/colors is a procedural/systems/people related.

Isn't this amazing, after all the controversy surrounding the changes to the "W", the primary source for selling New "W" apparel/accessories on campus, is using the OLD "W" on a pop up ad with in the University Web Site!!!

This would never happen in the private sector, total incompetence: Tony Proudfoot, Kim Nelson, Madeleine Fojtik, Janette Scott-Lucas, Lisa Knutson, Terry Hudson, Rebecca Chambers.
