Williams just needs to calm down. Every time he commits a foul, every time he comes off the floor he has a look of anguish on his face. He's playing like he thinks he's the only one on the team that can do enough to win the game. I think he wants to be a leader and a team player, but just doesn't know how.

He has the talent and physical ability. He needs to stop trying to do it all on his own. Yesterday he had a great pass on a drive where he gave up the ball for an easy dunk. He needs to look for those opportunities instead of doing several completely out of control, 360 degree spin, flailing arm shot attempts where he thinks he is the only UC player on the floor.
