The OC position for the Cowboys is nothing to sneeze at. Coordinators don't leave for college jobs all the time. We need to remember that. The guy could very well be an NFL head coach in the not too distant future.

I have a lot of respect for Boise's program, but it's a bad move for Moore to go back at this stage.
