It almost looks like a smokescreen in a sense. This is so noisy that the AAC could snag who they want while the media looks elsewhere. If it were Boise, it would have happened already.

The AAC staying at 11 feels like a position of weakness. 10 or 12 seems so much more stable, and nobody is leaving at this moment.

lol..."snag" who? Thats been the whole issue since UConn made their surprising announcement. There is nobody worth "snagging" other than BYU, Boise, Army, or maybe Air Force.

If Boise doesnt work out, then the AAC Expansion Committee simply goes back on hiatus with no plans to meet again until one of the 4 programs mentioned expresses interest in joining the AAC.
