UH's new stadium is already funded. The only question is where the team will play until it's built. The issue with Aloha Stadium is financial, not structural as has been widely misreported, and my guess is that UH will eventually work out a deal with the Aloha Stadium board to start paying rent and they'll be right back there next season.

I doubt Boise State will leave the MWC but if that happens I think UTEP is the most likely replacement. The Miners are the best fit institutionally and geographically. Yes their football is terrible right now, but that can change over time and their basketball program is on the upswing.

Looking at the dominos, that would probably result in Texas State getting a CUSA invitation and the Sun Belt standing pat with nine football members (makes for a nice balanced 8-game round-robin schedule).
