I re-watched that Eagles documentary recently. Glenn Frey hated everyone except Don Henley. Everybody hated Glenn Frey. Awesome doc.

You have the crazy uncle at Thanksgiving dinner again. Then he'll be at Christmas dinner, and will start the argument back up again.

I'll have to look for that. Not my favorite band...but I did like a lot of their music.

Glen Frey hated Don Felder because Felder would not bow down to Frey's liberal stupidity. Frey wanted the band to play a concert for Allan Cranston and Felder didn't want to because he didn't care for politicians and suggested they play for an actual charity instead. After they played Cranstons wife thanked them all individually and Felder said "you're welcome" as she walkled away Felder said to his wife "I guess." Frey heard it and the fight was on. Frey would even say things to Felder in the middle of a song. Frey was a POS.

Yep. Here's 3 minutes of the fight via YouTube at the Cranston concert. On stage. The sound producer, Szymczyk, kept the B-roll audio of Frey and Felder cussing at each other. Frey saying he was going to kick Felder's ass. Frey saying stuff like - 3 more songs, can't wait, I'm going to kill you. Just an awesome doc.

Frey thought everyone except Henley worked for him. That he and Henley were the band. He would listen to Irving Azoff, the manager, but thought everybody else was interchangeable.
