RE: ***General AAC Basketball Game discussion***
I thought SMU looked good today. I haven't seen Temple enough to make a good judgement, but I thought SMU looked like a contender and Temple did not. SMU is going to be a tough game for any of the contenders this year.

WSU has better talent than our cross-town D2 team. Got a good look at 3 of our Fr. One of them (Ricky Council) will be a contributor this year. Started the game with a 4-guard lineup with Council replacing Wade. Dennis moved to the 4.

Our 6'10" Fr took a RS last year due to lingering injuries. This year he had a knee injury over summer and it's still swelling if he gets game time, so he was in sweats tonight. The guy can dribble, he can pass, he can shoot, he can hit from 3. He's even got a decent crossover. He needs game time to figure out how to do those things in D1 games, but he's having trouble even getting practice time because of injuries.
