Outside of UCF, is there another team with even remotely realistic tournament chances in the conference? I’d say no. This league has improved this year in the sense that the bottom moved up to borderline respectable range but the top dropped out completely. Not good for the tourney but should there be a recovery of teams into that tourney range could be good in future years.

SMU I forgot about, good call.

Wichita will absolutely need to win their final OOC games, but that does qualify as realistic, so I agree they need to be included for now. Dropping any more OOC probably does them in too unfortunately.
I don't think beating Newman and Ole Miss is unrealistic based on what I've seen. WSU will still need a pretty gaudy conference record. Either way they still have a decent chance and having a strong backcourt like wsu never hurts.
