Each State has a different procedure, and they are following the various procedures in the various states, which take TIME.

I have listened to the whole thing so far. That's a pretty good summary of the situation.

For those who don't know, affadavits are evidence. Guilliani read some. They have hundreds in various states.

As you said, the problem is the time needed to weave through the legal process in each contested state. They all have different processes, even before you can file lawsuits.

There is no way they can get this election overturned in time. The Dems can tie it up in court for months, if not years.

This effort is more to keep it from happening next time.

But IMO, Trump is screwed.

Send it to the SCOTUS.

Yes, that's the eventual remedy, but they have shown a tendency to stay out of election controversy. I just don't see them acting before these votes have to be certified.
