I was on Howard's campus last week and took photos of their stadium (< 10K capacity).

They have a track inside their stadium which was red and now blue. The blue looks nice and does not standout at all. (I was on the visitor's side looking across to the home side and press box).

Also, their stands are lower to the field where ours are raised and have a very concrete, 'brutalist' style (I think brutalist architecture was 'popular' say 50 - 75 years ago.).

I'll post a photo I took (having trouble doing it.) The photo is too large (3MB).

I also have Wayne State's green track. Here is a shot from above, very high. The track would not be as obvious from seat level.
