PATH OF EXILE

Yeah, tens of thousands of votes.

Not 536.

Most every "recount" see a change in the hundreds.

The idea that somehow 20,000 votes can be faked would require the most sophisticated coverup ever created.

"The Constitution allows only for state legislatures to change the ways elections are conducted, but memos show Wisconsin election supervisors made three substantial changes in 2020 that impact potentially tens of thousands of ballots in a battleground state that Joe Biden won by just 20,000."

This is the very same issue of a non-Legislative Body (in this case the WI BOE) changing election law that the Trump Campaign has before the Supreme Court right now but it deals with PA ballots and the deadline extension issued by the PA Scotus.

If the US Scotus rules in Trumps favor and invalidates the late received votes in PA based on the PA Scotus acting extra-Constitutionally and usurping the authority of the PA Legislature — they will likely rule the same way in WI.

Does the Scotus rule to protect the Constitutionally-derived authority of a State Legislature to determine election rules?
Given that the make-up of the Court is 5 strict Constructionists the odds would seem likely.

I don't know. They will be reluctant to throw out votes.

Of course.

That's what the left is counting on. The democrats by using their BOEs and State Scotus to "write" election laws are basically challenging the US Scotus.
It's a stare-down to who will blink first.
If the US Scotus does not act now to stop extra-Constitutional action in elections it is anything goes for election law rulemaking moving forward.

Does the US Scotus uphold the Constitution or bow to political pressure?
