maybe it is for now...military ballots still to count and...

in PA they counted ballots that came in after 11/3 and those without postmarks based on the PA Scotus changing PA Law.

The PA Scotus changing an election law created by the PA Legislature appears to be unconstitutional. The power to make election law is detailed in the Constitution not once but twice to be an enumerated power o the Legislature not the Judiciary.

Any ballots received after 11/3 or without postmark were supposed to be set aside.
Guessing the PA Scotus decision will go to the US Scotus to determine if they overstepped their authority.

The ballots were set aside and have not been counted yet. If they're mail, they're going to Biden by around 70-30.

There's also 35k ballots, mostly all mail in Alleghany county, a blue area that has not been counted yet...there's also still more outstanding mail ballots. Biden is going to be ahead around 50k when the counting of the allowed ballots is done today. The remaining ones will not change the outcome.

It's over.
