Dude, you need a credible source if you're going to make a claim like this.

A live reporter on the scene just talked about it on Fox News. She said she couldn't understand why the windows were covered.

Gee...I dunno...maybe because they don't want a bunch of people looking at people voting ballots which are supposed to be secretive/private?

But yeah...just open the doors wide open and let every joe schmuck in the country traipse in there...what could possibly go wrong???? 03-zzz

Voting is private.
Counting is supposed to be transparent.
