Seems fairly replete with items that are verifiable, suggest you take a gander

Hahaha, this filing references Project Veritas. Hahahahahah

Good laugh to start the morning - glad I scrolled through it a bit.

Looks a lot like evidence of mistakes, misconduct, general incompetence, or just non-issues being portrayed as issues, and a lot less like widespread coordinated fraud that could swing the election.

Investigate the claims and respond to them, and put it to bed.

Isn't investigating the claims what Trump is asking for? Not like you to back Trump on anything. But maybe you think this is smoky.

He is asking for more than that by not conceding the election when there is not evidence of widespread fraud that could change the vote outcome.

The claims don't appear to be sufficient to change the magnitude of the vote differentials - they aren't claims of widespread abuse where 10's of thousands of votes may be off. They're claims that focus sometimes on singular issues that aren't even clearly issues.

I may have missed it, since I didn't read every single allegation in the suit, but can you point out which allegations could result in PA switching by almost 50,000 votes?

Gosh, I didn't even read it, so...no. But explain to me why it is necessary for PA to switch for a suit to be filed?

let's take this down a notch, since you cannot see straight where Trump is involved.

Say in the election for Broward County constable, Candidate Jones gets 11,000 votes and Candidate Smith gets 10,000. Smith wants to file a suit alleging irregularities.

Questions for Lad:
1. Is Smith supposed to concede first and file later?
2. Must Smith prove before filing the suit that the irregularities exist (I thought this was one of the the purposes of the suit)
3. Must Smith prove before filing that if the irregularities exist, they are sufficient to change the outcome?

These are all yes/no questions. I would appreciate answers in that form, and not more of the "Look over there!!!" variety.
