Pres Rowe is ultimately responsible for ALL of the bad decisions. She is the President, she is the CEO of W&M, and she could have overruled Huge whenever she wished. Rowe is a nice person but, except for her gender, she had no qualifications or experience to equip her for her present position. Think about the Shaver firing from a business/management/financial perspective. You fire a coach with five years remaining on his contract; which costs W&M a million dollars, and hire another totally unproven coach costing another million$$. By all measurements the fired coach had been the most successful mens BB coach in the last 40 years. The fired coach was positioned to have the best team ever with all players returning plus the addition of another seven foot player. I wont even mention the fact that the way Coach Shaver was treated by W&M was an absolute disgrace and an embarrassment to W&M and most of the people who loved W&M.
