FWIW - I had this conversation with another poster...

I would LOVE to bring Spencer back. I'm a HUGE fan and have strong feelings about the change in his department since he left. I don't know how these things work, but I think about my line of work. I'm not sure that bringing him straight into AD would be a good idea for us OR him. I wonder about, whatever the title is, but "2nd in charge" may be the perfect spot for him to someone that's more established, experienced, has relationships, etc.
