With this sentence:

What school was scheduled to against a school that's located in Conway and could possibly send players "all over Louisiana"? Hmmmmmmmmm
Lol.....that’s always been my point. To be clear, I was never ever insulted by the LU, just thought WTF is this idiot trying to say? And on top of that the bubble BS, and flying all over la comments....I mean the whole thing was just plain d.u.m.b.
I agree you where never insulted. It seems you are just got stuck in a state of confusion on what I meant by LU. Thankfully you had the mental endurance to figure it out. Now you also showed this thread you can spell dumb. We are proud of you. You have a brain like a big’ol dinosaur ...... Back to game. Do you think not moving the game to Conway, showed how you guys are ducking the Chants and fear playing in Conway this year? Meaning your football team does not believe in the phrase “anytime, anyplace”. My CHANTS LB said he would “play you guys in a Wendy’s parking lot at 3am” This is a true statement you can look it up on twitter.
CHANTS UP!
Not sure why I am dignifying this FCS level “smack talk” with a response, but here I go. Read the below slowly and repeatedly so that things can sink in:
From 2012-2019 we had 6 home games. This year we have 5 even though we originally had 6 pre-Covid. Our athletic department is already refunding the cost of the 6th home game ticket back to those who renewed early, so they would now have to refund the cost of the 5th game as well. In addition the upcoming midweek and following weekend is free for both teams. I saw no rumblings of you guys having an opponent lined up for 10/17 once you agreed to come to Lafayette a week early, so what is the issue with moving the game back? With that in mind, why would an AD with any sense willingly give up a home game as their first option when the game can easily be pushed to a few days later? You gotta do some pretty incredible mental gymnastics to try and take that decision as some sign that the Cajuns are ducking you. Get real.
I will have to keep this thread in my memory bank if a similar situation ever happens to Coastal.
Like September 12 2018 when we had a hurricane and moved a game to FCS Campbell instead? I agree this year we have enough time to move the game around. Still think LO LA ends up traveling to Conway Wednesday unless this game is pushed again to the 17th.
