It’d be VERY interesting to have a numeric measure of the number of eyeballs these schools would merit, rather than just market size. I say that because, otherwise, you cannot justify any C-USA incursion into the northern reaches of the Big Sky. Mind you, look at how the American acted after losing their big 3, which makes me wonder if market size is still the focus of conferences.

I view the "northern reaches" (we can include the Dakotas in this) as a last ditch effort if more regional FCS moveups cannot be found.
