Why all the hate for the soon to be UTech?

Beat a top 25 squad last year; nearly pulled off wins on road at FBS New Mexico State and top 10 Kennesaw State while being in year one of their transition. Chances are they would not of been a bottom tier SLC school last year.

Using NMSU as a measuring stick and claiming Utah Tech Poly nearly beat an “FBS” team is like a middle schooler beating up a retarded kid in a high school special needs class, then going back to middle school and talking about how they won a fight with a high schooler. That’s what NMSU is. I’ll be quite honest, until we moved to the WAC, I thought they’d dropped football years ago.

Utah Polygamy State is just Houston Baptist without the convenience of having a nearby pharmacy. Almost beating the worst KSU team in half a decade won’t change that. They won’t be within 60 of us.
