It really is nice having reputable professionals expressing an interest and publicly sharing legitimate information about WAC. This is a far cry from the standard message board, conference realignment conspiracy theory drivel most of us who came over when this board started have been subjected to for years. It is good that the WAC registers on the radar still. Of course, a guy who hasnt commented on the subject until an announcement is imminent isn't predicting anything. In the meantime, sitting and waiting for something official doesn't give a message board much to talk about.

Maybe my problem is my preference for journalistic reporting over speculative predicting. I'm sure it is a fun exercise for some, but an exhausting waste of time for others. I guess it takes all types, right?

Well that's a good problem to have. I'll take either as long as it's known that the speculative predicting is purely speculative.
