RE: WAC get's 10th member - for real (Official Discussion Thread)

Now, will the four, or any combination of the four, SLC schools also come in? Could the hold up be the exit fees for the SLC? Not sure what the SLC exit fees are, but usually the more notice you give, the less the exit fees are! So, if the SLC schools want to join for the 21-22 season, it may cost more than if they waited until 22-23.

Which, reminds me, has Matt Brown, or anybody else mentioned when any of the possible schools would join the WAC! 21-22? 22-23?

If there is a serious attempt to build a WAC football conference, no single FCS school is going to move to the WAC by themselves. It is all or nothing. Southern Utah is waiting for the Southland schools to get their ducks in a row so all schools move to the WAC at once. If the southland school do not move to the WAC, then Southern Utah will not move to the WAC either. So, Southern Utah is not a done deal.
