Most times you do a favor in college athletics you at some point get burned by that favor and if CSU is in the way of the WAC going forward all current members should cut bait with CSU. It does the WAC no good to keep them around longer than needed, everyone in the WAC understands that membership and movement at the D1 level is a fragile thing and you have to think with your head and not your heart. Chicago St should be in the WAC until they are no longer needed. It could be a common knowledge thing sense CSU leadership was mentioning other leagues in September.
