Oh I think it qualifies. Penn State has been essentially claiming the #2 slot for power teams in the Big 10 these past 6 or 7 years. An 0-4 start to the year and getting thumped by what has been a fading power is a poignant picture of the falling apart of what was a dominant program. On that basis it definitely qualifies. The rise of an extremely well coached Indiana may be a sign of the end times!
