I was about to say exactly this.... Not only no tackling but no contact at all in practice... Means defense has no practice tackling and offense has no practice taking a hit, and most importantly no practice blocking, getting off blocks, etc. As a result Navy looks entirely unprepared to play a game at all and likely would lose against nearly anybody tonight. This is so sad. I don't know who heard Navy coaches interview before the game but he said "We prepare for Covid before we prepare for football" which tells me he is saying we are very unprepared to play football. I will be surprised if Navy scores any points by the end of this game. Such a great opportunity for the conference... Wasted... :-(
