You have almost as many posters on this board as you do at your home games. The reason why we would build a 45,000 seat stadium is to create demand for tickets, which will lead to being able to charge more for tickets, while creating a superior game day experience when there are only 30,000 in the stadium.

The same principle would apply if you guys had an 8,000 seat stadium. Your stadium would only look half empty most games, and for matchups against other schools from Texas that would bring their fans, you could come close to a sellout.
