RE: KBR: UAT to cut school budget by FIVE percent
A few observations about the chart. I hope I read it right.

The following schools weren't listed
USM
marshall
WKU
MTSU
Troy
USA
I may have missed them, but I wonder how they fall out

Surprisingly the schools from our conference that were listed did fairly well.
ODU struggle
LT-survive
UNT-Survive

Perhaps most interesting they had UAH perishing. In the event that happens what happens to any aerospace engineering contracts, facilities and endowments. After they pay debts involved with UAH, does anything that is left over revert back to UA System/Trustees. If so, does this insure UAH dies so Trustees can access the schools remaining assets? I know, I sound like a crazy conspiracy theorist, but as we have learned from the Trustees they are capable of anything
