Kelly's Twitter profile, he lists himself as a Toledo RB. If he's indeed been moved to WR like the website says, who does that leave behind Koback & Seymour at RB? Kelly was suppose to be the next up-and-coming back after choosing UT over Louisville & NC State.

I'd assume the staff wants to get him on the field and there aren't many carries available so better to line him up at wr and get him the ball that way.
