He’s expected to talk about convalescent plasma. It’s not a major breakthrough. Recent Mayo / NIH study found small but statistically significant reduction in mortality with convalescent plasma though study was not an RCT. As usual Trump is peddling fantasy.

I wouldn't go that far. What I find weird in all this is that many clinics/hospitals are already using convalescent plasma as their standard of care. So, while it's not necessarily fantasy, it's not really a breakthrough either.

I guess I don't really understand the need for an executive order if everyone is already able to use it.
