As XLance said that may not be within A&M's control. If Texas decides to go to the SEC and wants Texas Tech to go with them that will happen.

Even more, if the SEC continues with geographical divisions - the Aggies are stuck with both the Longhorns and the Red Raiders.

East: Alabama, Auburn, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, South Carolina, Tennessee, Vanderbilt
West: Arkansas, LSU, Mississippi, Mississippi St, Missouri, Texas, Texas A&M, Texas Tech

That's a nice-looking conference.

Agreed. I think Tech is an acceptable price to pay to get Texas.

1 of Texas’s 4 away conference games (TAMU or TTU) will be in state, Oklahoma can remain as their big OOC game (also instate). That leaves 3 OOC games that are likely to be home games as well.
