The resemblance to both the methods and goals of the Cultural Revolution are astounding.

And again, the rise of erasing history, the active cancellation of opposing viewpoints, and the active cancellation of people whom might utter anything close to the double ungood speak is happening pretty much isolated to one one side of the political viewpoint.

To belabor a point, the rise of the proto-fascists and proto-Maoists isnt from the side that the lefties always claim as as such -- it is coming from their own backyard, their comrades in arms.

From the pyres of Berkeley speaker protests, from the skeletons of the the Evergreen College shitshow, and from every instance that the libertarians noted as the 'authoritarianism of the progressive' (to the cries of indignation from the lefties here), guess what we now have?

Funny, all the cries of 'Trump is a wannabe authoritarian' seem to have fallen by the wayside in light of the cancel culture, the history stripping, and such fun and jolly shows as CHAZ-ville in what was the former state-chartered government of Seattle. Y'all happy now?
