Only because you asked, post #30.

Yeah... that's a pretty flippant response to an invitation to a conversation that many feel is critically important.

That's funny coming from the dude that runs away like a vampire from garlic from actually discussing wtf 'systemic racism' is, mind you. I find your response there to be extraordinarily flippant, interestingly.

Neat how you meld the preaching aspect with being a model.

I wasn't preaching... I was agreeing with MerseyOwl.

The good thing about internet forums is that you can respond when you feel the need to and to whom you want. My better judgement often wins out when I tell myself not to go down the path of a fight that will consume a not-insignificant part of my day and one which doesn't make me feel good about the use of my time at the end of that day.

I guess when all that you seemingly can do is an act of bloviating about the loosey goosey term 'systemic racism', and utterly running away from any point aside from that stupidly wide characterization, I am sure you *do* feel good and smug in that assertion.

Quote:I'm sorry if that means that some of your questions for the left go unanswered and that makes you angry and/or dissatisfied.

The fact that you (and others) run from the subject aside from the pompous and grossly wide characterizations actually does not leave me 'dissatisfied'. Funny that.

I'll leave it to you to figure that 'nuance' out. (I am finding out what a *great* word that is is, thank you 93 for bringing that word back to the forefront recently... perfect word to simply play hand puppet word games with....)

Quote:Perhaps more leftists would post here (and you would get more of your questions answered) if the climate on this forum invited civil debate and was less s****y in general.

Kind of like the number of times I have openly asked you. Funny that. I guess daring to ask you anything beyond the myna-bird level 'systemic racism' glob to pop off on is horrible in nature.

Quote:Luckily you had your Hill Country weekend to poll leftists' opinions on this topic. My assumption is that your behavior during those discussions was different than your behavior on this forum.

My assumption is that you are equally glossy and pompous in your discussions overall when you talk grandly about 'systemic racism' as you apparently are here.

And, those people this last weekend, on both sides, didnt grandly boil down the issue to two words and leave it at that, as you seem to have a bent to do.

And I note with a good amount of humor after your grand statement on this subject, you are repeating the act of running away from the issue, ostensibly leaving that two word phrase as proof of life, the universe, and everything. Once again. Amazing that. Color me absolutely surprised.
