There seems to be a lot of linguistic slipperiness going around lately. In just the last few days I have seen articles on Facebook purporting to explain that:
"peace" means something different from "peace"
"racist" means something different from "racist"
"defund" means something different from "defund"
Weren't we told earlier that "abolish ICE" means something different from "abolish ICE"?

It sure doesn't help the notion of public discourse.


"systemic problem" means 9 instances.

Meanwhile, there are those who insist that "Anti-Fascist" really does mean "anti-fascist". Strange times!
