Maybe La. Tech should be the main campus for La-Lafayette and La.-Monroe and have them forced to be downgraded to be D2? Them and the rest of Southland and Grambling belong in D2, not D1.

Suck Belt is still the laughing stock in FBS with them, Georgia State, Coastal Carolina and South Alabama when more deserving schools from the FCS ranks are still getting the shaft like Jacksonville State and North Carolina A&T.
