The ECU report is really interesting. I'm reading through it now and will post quotes I think are relevant/interesting.

If I'm reading this correctly, they had a miscalculation of $48 million.

The pro forma was updated in December 2019 with 2019 sales repeated for the next 29 years and maintaining the initial built-in inflation. With other adjustments detailed below, the updated pro forma now projects a loss of nearly $6M over 30 years.
