The North Carolina legislature finally remembered they have a pulse and passed a bill overriding the Gov. EO to keep bars closed and not under the same rules as restaurants in terms of reopening. It passed the State Senate by a wide bipartisan 42-5 vote. It passed the State House by a 65-53 margin with 2 not voting. Those two that didnt vote will need to support it to override a likely Cooper veto along with 5 flips as the magic number is 72 if everyone votes
