Today is cut down day for the NFL. In addition to the report about Skipper above:

Seahawks have cut Cody Thompson
Cowboys have cut Jon'Vea Johnson
Texans have cut Elijah Nkansah

However, in a surprise move, the Titans are reportedly waiving Trevor Siemian and keeping Logan Woodside, who will be the #2, baring them signing another veteran QB who could be released this weekend.
