The lack of empathy and concern for people that I have seen on this board for people who have been affected by Covid-19 is very disappointing.

He was criticizing people in his family who look down on non-white people in their family and calling them not good people. Not sure why you should take offense to that.

I remember going to an Easter dinner with my uncle in north carolina back in college. We were with my aunt's family and I was just appalled when her family (my uncle's in laws) started lecturing on how their daughters would never be allowed to date a black man. This kind of attitude isn't uncommon and it does really make you consider the kind of people they are.
