I did pretty well. As I indicated I have been working out in the basement with dumbbells/resistance bands etc did the past two months 3x a week, couple with three other days of long runs. It’s been heavy cardio. Today I lifted probably at 85-90% of what I was doing pre-COVID.

Baby steps.
