Indeed. We've been shelter-in-place in every major city for the past 3 weeks. Austin just got extended until mid-May. The reason the deaths are so low is because the major cities of Texas were cautious and tried to prevent mass death.

I hope everyone (including Texas) is as cautious with their lifting of restrictions as we have been with our placing of them.
