I call BS on that--of course they can vote. Just get them outfitted in hazmat suits and let them come in and vote. But they surely can, and should come to vote on this. F the Dumbocrats.

The Republicans in quarantine said that themselves. I saw two of them say it. So you're basically telling them they are full of BS.

The current rules require them to be present, and they don't have enough votes to change the rules.
