Let me say, I am doing everything asked, but I do question it. Just my thought on this as we continue to sit in the house, helping our younger kids through school and trying to keep the teenager from going insane and breaking out.

I haven’t accepted it. I respect the 10 person rules but I get out daily, refuse to stay home and will not wear a mask. This isn't out of disrespect for anyone else, but my financial security outweighs my own personal health. If I'm perfectly healthy but flat broke, I won't be able to afford health insurance for when I inevitably get sick. By taking this approach at least I'm guaranteed to heave good health insurance in case something does happen. That's my whole theory on this. Lockdowns are great, when the country volunteers to pay everyone's wages and Health Insurance is taken care of by the state. We don't do that here, so I have to look out for myself and my family.

No one has asked me to stop yet.

Are you currently going to work on your regular schedule?

I go in 4 days a week now instead of 5... However with the loss of income, I'll likely have to find something to cover the other 3 days of the week until this is over and business returns to normal.

I am able to work from home so I do. the wife and I still get out to run errands and shop or got to the bank. most of the grocery stores around us have plenty stuff and few shoppers. I even went to my bank yesterday. no problem. had a security person at the front door to open it and sneeze guards in front of tellers. didnt have to touch anything or be near any other persons. Home Depot the same.

Arkansas never closed non essential businesses but the lack of customers has forced places to close left and right. We’re fast approaching a point here where we’ll have to make a Choice between jobs or health

Given that choice I will choose the money aspect every time. Simply put, capitalist societies were not created with a month long shutdown in mind. It’s why you’re already seeing some European countries reopen.
