No one's blaming Trump for "numbers."
But he is to blame for a botched and bungled response to a crisis that even Ray Charles saw coming.
Instead of preparing for it early on, he wasted valuable time.

He called it a "hoax." A hoax perpetrated by the "Dems." Claimed it was "under control." Said there were 15 cases soon to be 0. Said it would "magically" disappear. Said we should just treat it like the flu. State News channel Pravda, eeerrr Fox echoed the ignorant ravings of the Clown in Charge.

What he didn't do: He didn't Nationalize certain industries early on to produce Respirators. He didn't acquire and/or have industry start producing PPEs for front line medical personnel fighting this virus, personnel whom are now running short of Protective equipment, and are now succumbing to the virus themselves.

Instead of taking the Bull by the horns, the way any real Leader would, he's pushed the response down to local Govenors and Mayors who now have to compete with each other in an attempt to obtain the medical equipment they need to fight the virus, this has driven up costs, and led to further shortages, and has prevented equipment from getting to where it's needed most.

He has at every step of the way abdicated his responsibility as a leader; he has failed to lead, he's shown through inaction and lack of productive deeds his distain, lack of empathy, or caring for ordinary Americans, all while holding press conferences which further mislead, where he endeavors to break his own arm patting himself on the back for an "imaginary job well done."

He is the worst person to be occupying the White House in a time of National Crisis.

We all were holding our breaths that there wouldn't be a "real" crisis while he was in office. Unfortunately, we now have the worst crisis in most of our lifetimes. I might not have been a big fan of George Bush, but he stood up like a real leader and brought the country together after 911. Fauci and others are trying the best they can, but there is only so much they can do to keep the country on the right track during this crisis.
