Even without his clues, UTA is the obvious guess. UTA has publicly stated they want to be the "Gonzaga", and the comparable metros to DFW don't have a non-FBS candidate comparable to UTA.

I don't see the likes of Valparaiso, Indiana St, Evansville, or Southern Illinois voting to fly most of their sports to Texas. Those schools are treading water financially as-is.
