Attendance will be fine. I actually think that this might be the perfect city/venue for the CAA Tournament and it wouldn't shock me if it's here for a long time, like it was in Richmond. DC is basically the geographic center of the CAA footprint. There are three major airport in the general area and it's a major Amtrak hub. DC also has one of the best metro systems in the country and you can access the arena from virtually anywhere in the DC metro area via the Metro.

DC is also a city that bring people in from all over the country to live/work in the area. I'm sure that there is a large alumni base represented from every CAA school in the DC area.

The 4 teams left are from NY, Boston, Delaware, and Elon. Delaware is close to DC and Boston and NY are accessible. Not sure about Elon. Point being. There aren't a lot of seats to fill. And there should be enough fans interested in seeing their team try to win a championship that no matter which teams make it to the semis and finals, the arena should be close to sold out.
