Liberals are not rooting for cities to be destroyed. We do root for justice and fairness when it comes to law enforcement.
The problem with our country, is, those that call themselves republicans, conservatives, Trumpsters, that have no concept of fairness, compassion, knowing right from wrong, and continue to follow blindly, a president who does nothing, but try and divide the people of our nation with lies, half-truths, photo-ops, and rallies. He is the one who has set the example for his supporters to change our country into hate groups, a lack of manners, no consideration of compromise, pushing ignorance over knowledge, and thinking he is smarter than everyone.
Even many of his advisors and cabinet members have left his administration because of the above mentioned facts. One of the greatest losers in American History.

Ken you don't have root for cities to be destroyed,
Democratic leadership is doing enough of that and
will call for Federal financial assistance.
