You don't get it. Conservatives tend to be fair minded people. We believe in protecting the freedoms this country offers. Things such as our 1st, 2nd, etc. Amendment rights, control over our own healthcare, our voting rights as American citizens and the Electoral College that was set up by our Founding Fathers are important to us as a free nation. We believe in Low Taxes, Energy Independence, the American Capitalistic Economic System, and NEVER want to become a Socialist style country.
As far as Justice goes, we believe that there should be just one system for ALL of our citizens, and not one where some (Liberals) get away with breaking laws while others (Conservatives) get nabbed for doing the same or even lesser things. When Liberals such as Hillary Clinton can commit numerous felonies by willfully mishandling Classified Data (for example) and get NO charges filed against her, THEN have a Conservative get CONVICTED for telling a fib and harshly sentenced to 9 years in prison for it isn't equal justice. That 9 year prison penalty is worse than the average of what people that have committed several types of VIOLENT CRIMES get and was to make a political statement instead of making the time fit the crime.
Time and again - at least thus far during the Trump administration - Liberals that appear to have committed crimes, some politically driven, have yet to be held accountable. It is for that reason that Conservatives are happy to finally see a Liberal getting the law applied to them for a change. In a free and fair society it is necessary that justice be equal for all of us.
Why aren’t those liberal dems under indictment by Barr? I’m not defending dems. Just find it amusing reps are so giddy about this.
Convict them if they are guilty. I’m all for it. Why won’t the DOJ do that?
As far as stone goes, I disagree with the recommendation, I more so disagree with the DOJ stepping in and overriding that.
How do you feel about what are starting to look like jury irregularities and possible judicial misconduct in the Stone trial?
And if you disagree with the sentencing recommendation, how do you propose to correct it if the AG does not step in?
like any dippo, he'd flip a two-headed coin trying to find tails....
Dippo? That’s adorable, wasn’t that long ago on this board I was accused of being a smarter than everyone else libertarian. I suppose when everything is black and white those of us who see colors and shades will be vilified. Too funny
