To be fair there's not really any correlation between KenPom and how much money you spend in CUSA over this time period (0.09 R-Squared) but you can't be at the very top of the budget every year and not expect results.

Wow I did not realize this . Makes it even worse. And the spending has been there the whole time of Ehsan’s time, not just the last year or so
