5 Rockets are in the Transfer Portal. Wilkerson (QB), Chambers (DL), Haslam (OL), Gibson(DB, transfer in last year from SC), & Bernard (DB).

There are now 2 transfers in showing. One is the LB Jones from ND reported previously. 247 is also showing CB Shamaur McDowell as having enrolled at UT. He was a class of 2018 out of IMG who had committed to Minnesota, and then decommitted. Can't immediately find what he has been doing since. He's not listed on the roster, but his twitter profile says he is a "University of Toledo CB"
